reasons including but not limited to: product or service availability, errors
in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order or
other reasons. You expressly agree that Reel Action Ltd cannot accept any
liability for loss or damage arising out of such cancellation.

For recurring invoicing clients should the deadline of the invoice pass then a
2% processing fee will be added to the clients’ invoice. We reserve the right
to remove discounted products and discount codes if payment is delayed or missed
for any reason.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an
unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

Governing Law
